2016 Obamacare Enrollment: What Will it Cost?

From the Asbury Park Press, October 29, 2015:

New Jersey health insurance premiums for 2016 will rise by about 5 percent for at least one of the plans being offered on the Obamacare exchange, the federal government said this week.

A preview of the plans shows consumers will continue to shoulder lots of their own health care cost. But the hike is slower than the national average and a sign that health reform might be taking hold.

“The health care system is being transformed,” said Raymond Castro, senior policy analyst for New Jersey Policy Perspective, a left-leaning research group. “Maybe we’re starting to see a little bit of that effect.”
