DESCRIPTION:A parent working two part-time jobs. A person with a chronic illness who cannot work full-time. \nWhat happens when a state ties their health care to paperwork?\nNew Jersey is about to find out. Under the 2025 federal reconciliation law (also known as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act)\, states must condition Medicaid coverage on new work reporting requirements starting January 1\, 2027.
