New Jersey Policy Perspective senior policy analyst Raymond Castro ranks 9th of the “Top 10 Healthcare Lobbyists in New Jersey,” according to NJ Spotlight.

“Castro is primarily known as a policy analyst for the liberal-leaning think tank, but also is a registered lobbyist whose position carries weight in policy debates,” the policy-focused news organization writes.

Castro’s inclusion is notable, we think, since NJPP is different than the other organizations on the list. We’re the only organization on the list that doesn’t receive private or public funds for healthcare – instead, we are in the position to focus only on what healthcare policy means for low- and moderate-income New Jerseyans. We’re proud to be on this list, and happy to work with many of the other great organizations on it to build consensus around health policies to promote the public good.
